Paul is founder and chairman of the Weconomics Foundation. Weconomics is a network of hundreds of partners who contribute independently and together to the mission and ambition: ‘Work Less Achieve More: halving office work within one generation’. The core of this is the combination of modern organizational science and data technology. This makes us more productive, creating surplus that can be used in sectors where there are shortages. Think of: education, healthcare, safety, democratization and the circular economy. According to Paul, shortages in collective sectors can be difficult to solve with more money, but with more time.
In addition to his work as chairman of the Weconomics Foundation, he is also CEO of Weconet Technologies BV, theme manager data-driven logistics of Logistics Community Brabant and co-founder/lead of the BrainBloc data experience lab on the TU/e ??campus in Brainport Eindhoven.
