About Michiel Schoemaker
Michiel Schoemaker is professor at the Nijmegen School of Management, Radboud University. He takes special interest in organizational theory; especially network organizations, talent management and organizational identity. His main research activities concern research on new forms of contractual (labor) relations and organizational renewal. He teaches at Nijmegen School of Management in several courses in the Masters Strategic HRM in the Bachelor program of Business Administration. He participates as teacher in many open and in company programs of famous Dutch management development and training institutes. He obtained his Ph.D. in Business Administration based on a study of changing contractual relationships in industrial and knowledge based organizations. He has published articles and books in the field of talent management and organizational identity.
Michiel Schoemaker is also senior consultant at Twynstra Gudde, consultants and managers. In his career as a consultant he developed the field of human talent management. Consulting activities focus on talent management, organizational change and changing hierarchical organizations into networks.
