After obtaining his PhD in physics in 1996, Frank Garten started working for Philips. his career developed from technical functions through international commercial roles to general management; later Frank made a switch to Human Resources Management. These steps characterize his broad view on business effectiveness. As Director of Learning & Development at NXP Semiconductors Frank could take all of his business experience and put it to use in an international HR environment.

Nowadays Frank Garten works as an independent consultant. He helps people achieve optimal results in an international context And makes cultural barriers evaporate when he helps your people understand and appreciate other cultures. They will discover ‘the strength of diversity’.
