1. Humanification: Go Digital, Stay Human

Our world is changing at an exponential rate! A great tidal wave of digital transformation is rapidly approaching us. Many organizations see this wave as a threat and are experiencing stress, but there are also organizations that see this wave as an opportunity. Disruptive organizations think and behave like surfers. They know exactly where and when to jump on the wave of exponential technology to harness the power of the wave to make exponential speed.

The Humanification keynote challenges people and organizations to think like a surfer. This helps turn technological and disruptive threats into disruptive opportunities.

2. Future of Artificial Intelligence

For a long time people have been talking about Artificial Intelligence and Robotization, but now it’s really going to happen. In this keynote on Artificial Intelligence, I talk about the rise and impact of Artificial Intelligence. Companies need to prepare for this so they can keep up with the changes. Organizations that don’t take AI and Robotics into account probably won’t exist in a few years.

The role of Artificial Intelligence on humanity, society and businesses is the focus of this keynote. You will soon know how you can apply Artificial Intelligence in your organization, with the people in your organization at the center.

• What is Artificial Intelligence and how fast is AI developing?
• What can we do with Artificial Intelligence now?
• The next big wave: Intelligence Revolution
• New innovations, intelligent virtual coaches and intelligent products.
• New generation of customers: Customer Experience and Customer Service.
• Human-centered Artificial Intelligence

3. The Future of Creativity and Productivity

Creativity is an important 21st century skill. Unfortunately, many organizations will not survive the next decade, but there will be a safety net for people who end up on the streets. There will be many more online platforms that allow people to make a living without needing a company or government to take care of it. I am fundamentally optimistic that many of these online platforms will help individuals to be more creative and productive, ultimately generating jobs and income for billions of people around the world.

4. The Future of Society and Sustainability

Innovation and sustainable business are terms you hear often these days. The future of our society and sustainability is simultaneously promising and challenging. The basic organizations of our society are slow and inefficient, so they are ideal candidates for disruption simply because there is much room for improvement. But how and when will exponential technology disrupt governments, manufacturing and construction industries, finance, health care, education and many other industries?

5. Welcome to the Purpose Economy

Exponential technology is developing at a rapid pace. This is going to create new opportunities for everyone. In the near future, almost everyone will have access to powerful online platforms that will enhance our creative and social capabilities. I believe we are facing a purpose revolution beyond anything we can imagine today.

6. The Future of Sharing and Collaboration

Blockchain technology will drive collaboration with each other in the future. Increasingly, we are not just sharing information. A growing trend is that we are beginning to share our objects as well. More and more social platforms are being developed that allow us to share services and objects without a lot of hassle. So what is the future for sharing and collaboration? Let’s take a moment into the future and see what sharing and collaboration might look like in the near future.

7. The Future of Logistics and Mobility

Self-driving cars, commercial drones and the Internet of Things are changing the way we get around. For example, in the future, not many of us will have our own cars; we will share them with other people. It’s hard to imagine a time when we had a car in almost every driveway and spent so much time alone in a car. But although most things have gone virtual, the things we do still have visually are shared in a very efficient way. Advanced technology makes it possible for all of us to share logistics assets without any effort.

8. The Future of Information and Communication

The Internet of Things, Virtual reality and Artificial Intelligence are going to change the way we communicate. When all electronic devices and sensors with built-in intelligence will soon be able to communicate with each other, we will generate an immense amount of contextual information. Our technology will know everything about us: what room you are in, who you are and how you feel, what you plan to do, what you want to eat, whether your clothes are dirty, whether your refrigerator is empty or not. What to do with all this information?

9. The Future of Automation and Autonomy

Automation and Autonomy are increasingly influential in the world in which we work. In the future, technology will probably be so cheap, powerful and simple to integrate that there will be no valid reasons not to automate! Almost any task / routine that is somehow boring or not worth our attention will almost certainly be automated. What will be the role of humans in a world that is almost completely automated?

10. The future of organizations and work

The organization of the future is dynamic, adapts quickly and has no traditional management. In the past, most organizations were focused on efficiency and effectiveness. From this emerged business models based on predictable commercial patterns. The main disadvantage of these business models is that they are not suitable for an era of unpredictability and disruption.

Instead of focusing on a particular business model, successful organizations should focus on adaptability, agility and transparency. This enables them to gain a competitive advantage. A key component of an organization’s adaptability (agility) is a shift from hierarchical organizational structures to models that involve working in teams.

11. Human-centered technology is the future

People-centered technologies will dominate the coming years. The keynote human-centered innovation will give you tools on how to innovate where people from the organization and consumers are at the center.

Opportunities for innovation are only potential if they are applied in a human-centered way. Organizations often forget this. They are often so focused on building the bridge that they forget the people who need to cross. Unfortunately, most companies that do not focus on people will not survive in the coming years.

To be successful, products must be driven by human needs. They must get a grip on human behavior, cultural psychology, physiological needs and cognitive needs. I believe organizations can best create a corporate culture that is more adaptable to the new, exponentially moving world. During this keynote, I will share how innovation will advance humanity toward a sustainable, successful future.
