Tobias Walraven

Entrepreneurship is in Tobias Walraven's blood. As early as during his HEAO days [Higher Economic and Administrative Education] he laid the foundations for the SNT Group N.V, an international, stock exchange listed service provider in the field of customer relations management. As the founder and chairman of the Management Board/CEO Tobias Walraven worked for SNT for almost 20 years. He was the first to introduce inbound telemarketing to the Netherlands, co-initiator of the Werkgeversvereniging Callcenters (WGCC) [Call Centre Employers Association] and was its chairman. In the positions mentioned, Tobias Walraven made all manner of efforts to develop and professionalise the sector. At the close of 2004, Tobias Walraven left SNT and he has since directed his efforts towards making another dream materialise: the DWD whitewater sports complex in Zoetermeer.
