Ruud Verduin is a consultant, author and keynote speaker on marketing and customer relations management, CRM. Ruud Verduin has a background in marketing and information technology and is director of a management consultancy agency specialised in marketing and CRM. He is the author of `Customer Relationship Management’ and co-authored the marketingbook of the year 2005, 'Event Driven Marketing’. Currently he is working on a new book on realising better 'customer experiences’. Ruud Verduin organises lectures, training sessions and workshops for renowned educational institutes. He is also available as chairman.
