Today's business world demands that employees at all levels know how to negotiate effectively. For over 20 years, communications expert Guy Cabana has been teaching the art of negotiation - in a captivating, humorous and practical manner.
The President of a human capital firm, Cabana teaches audiences the process of negotiation, non-verbal communications and sales psychology. He designed the course 'Negotiation and International Mandates' for the Engineering Masters degree of the Applied Sciences Department of University of Sherbrooke. He teaches at the International Center for Research and Studies in Management and at the Haut Etude Commercial of Montreal in the Masters Degree Program.
Cabana is the author of the best selling books: Les 10 Secrets du Négociateur Efficace (10 Secrets of Effective Negotiation) and Attention! Vos Gestes Vous Trahissent (Beware! Your Gestures Will Betray You). His latest book is Soulevez les Montagnes, L'art de réussir l'impossible (Lifting Mountains, the Art of Doing the Impossible).
Cabana received his education at Concordia University and the Chicago Institute of Advanced Learning.

To our enjoyment, he was available and invited the attendees to partake in interactive conferences and he never hesitated to accept questions. Mr. Cabana shows such attention and openness and has such a way to implicate everyone during his speech by maintaining eye contact, that we have the impression that he his talking directly to each individual.
