Don Minday

With over 35 years of experience, Don Minday is professor, animator and expert in organizational behavior, international human resources management, intercultural management and in corporate social responsibility.

With a double nationality, French and American, Don Minday studied in the USA to get a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Michigan State University. Then he started to work as biochemist on perfected and experimental method in the field of lipid research. Then he passed an MBA from South Carolina University.

He worked in France then, for several academics organizations, first at “The Navigators”, a training session organization, in Strasbourg, then in Paris. He organized and animated seminars on personal development, leadership, interpersonal skills and team management. Then Don Minday became Director of Studies at Cesma, the MBA Program of EM Lyon, where he is managing the pedagogy and the international development of the program.

He then joined the IGS (Insitut of Social Management) and the American Business School, both located in Paris. He thought as a professor in Management, Organizational Behavior and became Director France of the International MBA of Temple (IGS). Don Minday is currently a senior lecturer at the ESC Rennes School of Business for several modules: Organizational Behavior, International Human Resources Management, Cross-cultural Management, Business Ethics, International Management, Change Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. He has been Head of the Department Strategy and Management and Academic Program Manager of the Executive MBA.

He recently published:

"Can you please stop talking while I teach?” - Anglo-Saxon teaching expectations in a French business education environment. Presented at the Academy of International Business – Midwest conference in Chicago, Illinois on 28 March 2007.

Diversity Management in France. Presented at the "Conference on European Business" organized by Quinnipiac University in New Haven, Connecticut (USA) on 22 April 2006.
